Obviously, all three are past their primes, if the Lakers could get Jamison or Brand, I think that'd be the icing on the cake for a finals contending roster, if they can't swing a deal for Howard instead. If I were a Lakers fan, I'd hope they were making more of a run for Brand than Jamison, based on their style of play, but that's just me. Being able to bring in Brand's toughness and rebounding would be a nice card to hold when Gasol is struggling, rather than bringing in another post player turned mid-range jump shooter.
