I appreciate the offer. I used to keep a copy of the Constitution, complete with the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence on my living room wall. Then, I got married. You know how wives are. I am not in doubt about the Second Amendment. The part about keeping and bearing arms should have been removed along with the removal of our great national stain, slavery. I'm alright with adding a provision for the right to keep firearms for hunting. As you might recall, I've got two hunting firearms and once owned a .22 LR, a 38 Special and a Python 357 mag. Those last three are now gone. Kind of regret getting rid of the 22 and the Python. The 22 would have been fun for plunking and the Python would have been handy in the woods when hunting for fending off nasty critters. I've always wanted to sail as well as travel the world but my constant need to go to the hospital has canceled that. By the way, virtually all my hospital visits are service connected. Yep, we've both earned the right to sound off. I want you to know that although I don't particularly like your politics I do consider you to be an honorable and decent man. So, I'm asking you to advance me the same privilege.
