Larry Bird reiterated Tuesday he wants to acquire another first-round pick. But there's a stipulation: He wants it in the teens, with 20 being about as low as he'll go.
The Pacers have talked to several teams about trying to obtain another draft pick. One was the Toronto Raptors.

The teams discussed the possibility of sending forward Jermaine O'Neal to Toronto for point guard T.J. Ford, center Rasho Nesterovic and possibly the Raptors' first-round pick (No. 17).</div>

I don't want to give up the 17th. For once, with BC at the helm, we have a pick and I wanna see what BC does with it other than trade it. I don't think JO is worth out draft pick when we can get a guy who fills more needs than JO. I rather throw in Graham and Kris maybe a future first rounder.

Also, is JO all good with this trade. I know being a player he has no say, but these days the star player usually has his say. I don't think he'd be against it, and I know Bosh wants him. Just don't give up the pick.
