...the next 10 games could go a long way to making or breaking this team's season. ...on the road for 3 games vs Boston, on the road for 4 games vs Texas, and then back home for 3 games vs TB...I'll take a 5-5 split in these games right now, and then run like I stole something.
lol. I heard Lester beat cancer and Big Papi's resurgence isn't curious at all because he doesn't have an official PED history.
I am in remission from the exact same kind of cancer Lester had, kudos to him. I wouldn't wish that on anybody..... However as for Ortiz, he should be setting in the same spot awaiting punishment as Arod and the rest.
Just gotta take it game by game, but NY has to be feeling like trouble is coming, I'm expecting a beating in Boston and then who knows how they respond. But if the Yankees find a way to go into Fenway and do well... it would be huge.
Kudos to you as well…but I've had enough of hearing about the Lester story. I was enamored the first 5 times I heard it, now it's made a resurgence - hopefully for positive reasons (like a charity?). The crazy thing with Ortiz is that he should be in the same spot with Arod but not only is he not scrutinized at all but he is an absolute media darling. The treatment is so hypocritical it's crazy.
I'm glad to hear that you're doing better. I think I can find a little room for you tonight in my prayers that you continue good health. BTW: Has anyone heard anything about Jeter. Is he game ready for friday?
Thanks everybody. I learned a long time ago that its not in my control, so I just take it day by day.
I had a massive heart attack & was clinically dead for 4 minutes. They performed an emergency quadruple by pass on me. All 4 of my arteries were over 80% blocked. Next month will be 5 years since that day. And I too have learned to take it day by day. God bless you Bos. Stay strong.
