Already without Dwyane Wade, the Miami Heat could be without LeBron James for Thursday night's game against the Los Angeles Lakers. James was sent home from the Heat's morning shootaround with flulike symptoms. Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said James will be a game-time decision.
