How new are you?-Always make it 400x100(standard size for most sites)-Try doing some more effects on the brick wall. Maybe some techno brushes way back there would be good-The text doesn't really fit each other-And putting the lowered opacity render usually doesn't look good unless you do some lighting, your sig is no different.Considering that your a beginner(I dont know yet), its actually pretty good.
