I've just got done reading the Camelo vs LeBron ROY race article in my new SI magazine, and it has said that LeBron's doctor believes that LBJ can reach up to 6'10. Now can you imagine a 6'10 LeBron James with that much quickness and ability?

I don't know if he will maintain his quickness if he's 6'10, but he'll be quicker than all the other 6'10 players. When you have growth spurts though you lose some coordination, so he will have to work on his handles a lot more to maintain them at the same level.

They said the same thing about Kobe when he was coming up...When he was drafted, he was listed as 6'6'', and by his second season he was 6'7'' (altho I suspect that extra inch was from the fro)....everyone was saying that Kobe would grow to 6'9''-6'10'' and some L.A. writers even joked about him growing to the point where Shaq would move to powerfoward...

MY point is that I've always been skeptical about these claims...I know KG grew 2 inches so its definitly possible...but on the otherside, I haven't grown since I was 15 [IMG]

People are still able to grow several inches depending on luck and genetics. I remember when KG came into the league it was at 6'9 and then he grew a few inches to become a 7 footer (although he won't admit it)

I had to read that article like 5 times before i could believe what i was reading. like they said in the article if he is a 6-9 or 6-10 Guard he will change the way the game is played. and you know what i think they are right.

That would be unreal! Two inches would make a big difference! At least, that's what she said!

    wow, that would be interesting...

then we could see wagner starting at the number 2 spot(once he's ready) and we'd have 4 players capable of scoring at any point in time starting out the game (lbj, Z, booz, wags)

I think he might reach 6'8'' someday, thats because I don't think he's really that tall now. I'd give him 6'7'' but I think he's more like 6'6'' IMO

^ He is labeled at 6'8. Since he just turned 19, it is most likely he will grow. Being in good physical condition also helps your spurts. I know a few of my boys who came home from the army and grew 2 inches in height.
