well deserved, I think he might get it again, he is going to go on a rampage this week. Melo might also be a good choivce for next week, he probably will come out with something to show.

If Carmelo, can have a couple of 25 point games, he'll win it easily next.

Not necessarily, What if Lebron comes out with a couple of 30 point games? The whole week has to be played, a player could explode for a monster week, it is never a lock for one person unless they have like a 50 point game to start the week and follows that by a 30 point game

Why do LeBron's accomplishments always bring up Carmelo and vice/versa. I never got that.

That's why I'm glad about the All-Star debate, now these 2 can team up and destroy the 2nd year players.

    Which they will enjoy deeply.

Tim, you can't help it. Whenever one of them gets mentioned, the other does too. Like Fishball said, it's like Larry vs. Magic.

Both teams lost 17 last year

Both teams do not have a history of winning much

    Both teams got new unis

    Same draft

    Both are close in age

Both played one another in high school

Both are the face/future of the NBA

I am sure I could list more, but I will let you guys do it.

Both have a career high of 38 or more, got on back to back days...ok, sorry fellas.

I don't think you can compare 'Bron and Melo to Bird and Magic just yet. First off it's unfair to them and second they haven't begun to play at the level that Magic and Bird played at for a decade.

That's what I was thinking Big Nasty. I cringed a little bit when I saw that comparison. Wait until the guys are superstars for a decade and utterly dominate the league including the playoffs before you start making a comparison like that.
