LenDale White's Draft Stock just took a huge blow. An MRI shows that he has a torn hamstring and will be sidelined for a month. He will not run the 40 before the draft.

Ugh. I've heard that his stock has been dropping for character reasons as well, but this will definitely be a blow. Too bad for him.

I should have took Thomas Howard in the mock draft! UGH!

With Character issues, work issues, and this injury issue i think he just droped to the 2nd round. I think panthers would trade up using their 2nd + 4th on him, but 1st round pick would be high on a guy who u dont know what you are getting

a 2nd round pick seems a bit high to me for a dough boy RB with character issues who doesnt do anything particularly well....theres a lot of backs that could have come in and been successful behind USCs line....its pretty telling that Bush did 9 more bench reps weighing 40 lbs less....Im just getting a Maurice Clarett vibe from this guy....lots of talent, no work ethic, drafted way too high, out of the league before you know it....

    Yup...I agree 100%.

Plus, add to the fact that USC had a great change of pace back in Reggie Bush, it made the job that much easier for White to come in and pick up consistent yardage.

Still, I think he'll be picked up in the 2nd round. I do think that he will be out of the league in 2-3 years, though, after someone realizes that he was a product of a good team (or after he screws up like a lot of other pro athletes).

But if a coach actually gets LenDale to apply himself 100%, White could be a pro bowl RB, but that would take a extremly gifted coach.

Yea he would help turn him around, but i dont know if he wants to use a 1st round pick on him, i think he will defintly move up in the 2nd to pick him if he is still avaliable. White is the type of back Fox wants, one who can pound the rock, and share carries with Foster, Foster gets the yards, white gets the 1st downs.
