Yeah, I was never a fan either, but still pretty sad news. I remembered hearing about the accident, but just assumed things were okay since there had been no other major mention of it til now.
I've been a fan of DMB for about ten years now, and this shocked the heck out of me. I remember reading about his ATV accident a while ago, but never realized it was a serious matter. It's a shame and he will definetly be missed. The last time I saw the band was about three years ago (I've probably been to about 25 shows). Rashawn Ross has played trumpet with them on a few of their tours and did a great job playing next to Moore at that show. You'll notice from Ghoti's picture that he wore sunglasses when playing. He apparently was shy and didn't like big crowds so he took up wearing them in concerts. I think I only saw him once without them. I have no idea what this means for the band, but it sucks and I will miss him.
