Carwin's got explosive power. Very scary.... Lesnar is a freak of nature. I don't think his stand up is as good as Carwin. How does it go down? Also, does the UFC market this? A regular countdown show or a Prime time? I think a prime time on this one could be awesome.
man this is a toughie. I was Carwin all the way, then they stood toe to toe after the fight last night and Lesnar made Carwin look small... yikes
Yeah Lesnar looked a lot bigger than Carwin when they were standing right in front of one another. But fuck Carwin is strong. Depends on whether Lesnar is able to control Carwin. They both walk around at about 300 lbs right? Both have natural strength that is off the charts. Both man handled Mir (though he was a lot stronger against Carwin). Its hard to believe that anyone has the strength to be able to maneuver with Brock in a clinch or ground/wrestling situation. Carwin just might though, hes got insane strength. His stand up seems better than Brock's as well but either one can end it with one punch. A prime time on this show could be awesome but I would assume Brock would be quite averse to it.
When Brock fought Randy, there were moments where Randy was down and got back up and had Brock against the cage if I remember correctly, if Randy could do it then I think Carwin might have some success pushing Brock up against the cage and dirty box a bit.
didn't they list Carwin as 6'5'? No-fucking-way he's that tall. He looked small even in comparison to Mir.
Carwin's got an Aldo-, Anderson Silva-style run going right now and I guess you have to expect it to continue. Brock's MMA wrestling maybe isn't good enough to overpower Carwin and if they stay standing Brock is going to get hit. Crazy fight. Really, really looking forward to it.
He is listed as 6'5", but he isn't/. He is a good 6'2", about an inch shorter than Mir, who is 6'3". Brock is at least 6'4"
