He is a great recruiter. Maybe the best ever. He had a great class from what i read everywhere. Not the best class, but considering how doomed any player was who went there, and how obvious that is to anyone, getting those kids to sign was genius

Running the offense is the problem....hes a smart guy, he understands the game and Im sure he could be an O-Co....but as the head man, he is affraid to take chances because he plays everything so close, any chance taken, could lose the game....hes the guy that tries to win by refusing to lose and when you play bad teams it works great(winning records in Miami every year but the last one)....but when you play good teams, its crap(1 playoff win)....he could succeed doing that at Pitt, but he will always be suseptible to that one devastating lose becuase he plays it so close....
