It wasn't easy, but the Spartans (No. 17 BCS, No. 15 AP) overcame those frustrations and beat Minnesota 31-24. Cousins threw for 296 yards and two touchdowns, and Michigan State finally took the lead for good when Le'Veon Bell's 35-yard scoring run broke a 24-all tie with 10:58 remaining in the game.
