You all may remember that in the offseason I was very vocal about mow Lewis was pissing me off with his poor rebounding. Well it was said in the media that he was working on it. I am pleaqsed to see he has 7rpg as opposed to 5 last year. Rashard has well and truly gained back my support and I am glad to see he is still working at it. Might be the only bright spot on the sonics lineup and season!

I would apologize for being mad at him in the first place... you were mad because he only averaged 5 rebounds per game? Wow... I hate to say it, but although he is listed as forward, he never really was a true post player and defender until now. He guards the wings mostly, not the forwards, and that's why he lacks defensive rebounds sometimes. But he IS fighting on the offensive end, and he goes for the defensive rebounds whenever he can. We had Wilcox, Petro, Collison, and Swift last year. There is not bad reason for him only averaging 5 rebounds. This year he's stepping up because the Sonics desperately need more rebounds. He averages over 20 points per game, has a wonderful shot, and is strong on the post, just not on power moves. Don't disrespect this guy.
