The Blue Jays hope their second Desert Fox works half as well as their first. Bob Engle, former Blue Jays scouting director, was nicknamed Gen. Rommel, by his scouts. Engle signed Chris Carpenter and Roy Halladay and after joining the Seattle Mariners signed another Cy Young-award contender in Felix Hernandez.
