The Scousers think this is the new Abramovich but the Arab's are a much more shrewd breed of businessman. They'll look to get the club turning over a healthy profit, line their pockets a bit and then start splashing the cash. It just depends on how long it takes to complete those first two steps. And they won't stick around if things don;t work out. They'll cut their losses, pull out and sell the club on. Not exactly fantastic for football, eh?
