http://www.955thegame.com/play_window.php?audioType=Episode&audioId=5159783 around 14:00 minute mark " This is still Brandons team" interesting..
Should have been "This is still Brandon's team tell he comes back and realizes that ITS MY TEAM NOW!"
LA said he didn't care about the AS game too. Maybe he just doesn't want to start shit for the team? Go Blazers
Don't let him fool you on the all-star team! He had a chip on his shoulder from the tim he found out he didn't make it in Indy til we got home.
Bah he finally just got over it. Aldridge has always been pretty good about saying the right things. I am guessing his remarks before about not getting in were more out of character than the remark from this interview.
pretty sure we'll see that chip on Valentines day. LA says all the cliche right things, but reading between the lines he's clearly PO's that Stern selected someone from the pathetic bottom feeding Wolves over him by his quote about how the AS game was traditionally about guys who make their team better not just garner empty stats in losses. I'm guessing he'll come out really focused and aggressive. LA has raised his career high in the last two matchups vs the Wolves... It also should be very interesting to see the crowd's reaction to Kevin Love on Monday night... everyone did catch that he recently called Los Angeles his home town right? STOMP
Someone made a good catch to see that. Do you claim ownership, or did you read it in the comment of someone who found it? If it was you, nice one.
It stood out like a sore thumb in the linked article ESPN ran on Kevin making the AS game... hardly any great feat on my part to catch something like that STOMP
Yeah, I saw that, and it stood out. But, I assumed that he currently has a home in Los Angeles. Do you know where Love lives in the offseason?
I don't know for sure if he lives there, but Love did make a few cameos last season on Entourage, which is filmed in LA. I assumed that he was available because he was there for the offseason.
The shitty thing about Texas is that they have all these great wide open roads, but they're strict about the speed limit. They should treat West Texas like Montana or Wyoming in terms of speed limits.
