Wright should miss the games on March 6th and March 7th according to Grizzlies.Com. He suffered a right knee sprain following the Trailblazers game on March 3rd. He was said to have had an MRI later that night and the results didn't look too good. He may miss more than two games, but right now he's just set as out for two. I don't care what anyone else says; this loss is worse than losing Mike Miller.

He's chicken. Doesn't even want to take a shot he'd probably make. Wright on the other hand takes what and when he can, pair this up with his defensive talent which is pretty much absent from a lot of Grizzlies, not all of them though. You guys need him.

First of all, Mike Miller is second on the team is field goal attempts per game. I've said that before to you already. He takes too many shots if anything. Secondly, Wright is not a hacker. Wright gets his points mostly on put backs with the occassional inside dish, but he's not someone who will demand the ball. Just like Bo Outlaw, we like him because of his defensive presence. Lastly, we don't need him. Stromile Swift is an experienced starting Center and I'd feel very confident that he could perform well. With Hubie's ten man rotation, everyone has gotten their share of playing time this year.

Wright will be missed, but the Grizzlies have the quality players needed to fill in.
Just as I expected, the Grizzlies did well without him. Hell, they could do well without half our team thanks to their depth. Stromile only had nine points, but he was all over Sports Center's highlight reels. He did well against Kaman, Brand, Wilcox, and the rest.
