"When the Titans are on the clock Thursday in the first round of the NFL Draft, General Manager Ruston Webster will look up at the team's board and see six players. Then he'll choose one. The same scenario will play out in every other round — 2-3 on Friday, 4-7 on Saturday — as Webster and his staff work to identify the best available player. The Titans have seven picks, including 20th overall in the first round, but Webster said trading for additional picks is a possibility. A year ago, the choice was much easier for the Titans. They took quarterback Jake Locker with the eighth pick. This year, with needs at a number of positions, Webster has to look hard at a number of options.
