Lue scored a combined 35 points on 12-for-22 shooting in those wins over the Spurs and Cavaliers while playing just over 28 minutes a game. "I think it's more than just me [playing well]," Lue said. "Josh Childress has been doing a great job defensively, as far as being in the passing lanes and getting deflections. Defense is about effort, and Chils has been doing it every night." Lue joked that he's had to conserve his energy on the defensive end of the floor to jump-start his offensive game. "I'm not picking up full court anymore," Lue said with a smile. "They say I'm old, so I'm going to start acting like it. But the role I'm playing now is what works best for me and I think the team."</div> Source
