Madsen was using the watercraft Monday and was hurt after he had to bail off the machine and dive into the water, a team spokesman said. Team orthopedic surgeon Dr. David Fischer and Dr. Brad Nelson performed the surgery to repair his right shoulder. "This was an unfortunate accident that I have put behind me. My focus now is to concentrate on my rehabilitation with the goal of returning to the basketball court as quickly as possible," Madsen said in a statement issued by the team. </div> Source: Yahoo Sports

Geez, that's rough... this was gonna be his breakout year, right? He could've easily tripled or quadrupled his output this year. Damn, man. Looks like they're stuck with Al Jefferson and Craig Smith. Expect a 60 loss season unless the mad-dog makes it back.
Ya'll gonna suck now. lmao But seriously though I hope Craig Smith gets a ton of minutes now. Not that Mad-dog was much competition...just sayin. lol
^^I think he will. Depending on where we play jefferson i think smith will start in plenty of games this year and be mostly the 6th man
