Maggette's low IQ has been a problem for a while, he also isn't very good at listening to the coach. He's a good player, but his basketball smarts aren't a high point in his game. Even with this, he won't get traded though, he still gives 21-6-3, and is the best perimeter player at getting to the line in the league. So don't read much into the artice.
