    It's the 5 percent that the Orlando Magic are having to deal with now.

    His team reeling at the worst possible time, Francis returns to the lineup tonight against the Phoenix Suns, his first action since he was suspended for three games for kicking a photographer March 18.

    The Magic have lost two of those games without their leading scorer and starting point guard -- both defeats coming to the expansion Charlotte Bobcats.

    The Magic have dropped nine of their past 10 games and lost their footing in the playoff chase.
