Later, Orlando obtained the draft rights to forward-center Marcin Gortat (57th overall) from the Phoenix Suns in exchange for cash considerations.</div> I'm not liking the first trade because Andriuskevicius was a steal at #44. I don't even know who Gortat is so we will have to wait to hear some stuff about him. Magic = Horrible Draft Enough said.
I agree horrible draft. I think they should of got GRanger or Wright with 11th pick, but oh well I hope for the best from Vasquez to be great player for the Magic. I also think they should of kept Andriuwrwzzqvicius he would of been a steal.
Neither Granger or Wright were ever projected to be top 5 or 6 in the draft like Vasquez was. Granger was projected barely a top 10 pick and that was in the very last mock, while Vasquez moving out of the top 10 was shocking. Wright wasn't projected until 11 at the earliest. I really don't think our draft is as horrible as you guys are saying.
Marty looks like a Shawn Bradley to me lanky and not that strong but tall. Maybe Big Z then Cavs will have 2 Big Zs!
