Well let's hope they can pull out a win, A early season victory would really be nice, esspecially against a very deep playoff team like the Grizz.

nice preview man...if the Magic are able to pull out a win against a sound team like memphis it would be impressive...can anyone tell me if the magic take advantage of a Howard/Francis two-man game? I think that would be so effective against teams, especially when you have Turkoglu as a wing shooter and Battie/cato to crash the glass...

Well we lost. The Grizzlies always seem to have our number, no matter what. Dwight had a decent game going 6-10 from the floor for 16 points(good), but only 5 rebounds and he was in foul trouble.

btw to answer your question Houston, I don't think the 2 man game would work at this stage of the season yet. Dwight still doesn't look that comfortable with teh ball down low yet. Later on in the year when he starts to get some confidence and draws double teams then we should be able to utilize it better. I don't think Hill wants to pile on a lot on him on the offensive end just yet.

Man this was a tough loss. Eddie Jones killed us from behind the arc and Dwight never found his rythem. Francis and Deshawn looked good so I think our backcourt is pretty much set at this point. Hopefully we can win tonight in our first divisional game against the Wizards.
