After the 1st quarter the score is now 28-27, the Pacers are up. I'm a little dissapointed with the Magic right now, they appear tired on defense, and are not fighting through screens. When they switch on the screens, only one person switch's, and both defenders for the Magic start chasing the player with the ball leaving the one that set the screen open. The Pacers started out hot, but Hill answered back being the only one playing good defense, and the only one seeming active for the Magic right now. He has 12 points here in the first quarter, a steal, a block, and a couple of defelctions on defense. He is staying in motion on offense. I was impressed by him keeping us in this game here in the first quarter.
So you can tell Orlando is just tired and worn out from this 6 game road trip so far, and having to play their third game in four nights on the road. They are slow on defense, slow on offense, tripping on the court, Indiana is just dissecting them right now. Up 72-59, this is not good for the Magic.Edit: Well, Redick is in the game now which I think is awesome. We are loosing 86-73 with 3:37 left in the game, which sucks. The Magic have not hit a three all game, and have not held a lead at any point in this game, which is obviously the reason why Redick is in the game. Redick has two points so far. Grant Hill who started out he first quarter just awesome and hitting everything is not doing anything anymore, and not playing right now. Howard is doing good, which is surprising, he usually does terrible against the Pacers offensively.Edit number 2: Redick had one or two bright spots on the floor, and a few bad spots. Two passes went between his fingers, one that went right to Orien Greene, the other that flew back court and went for another turnover. Defensively Jackson went in motion, and Redick was way to slow to keep up with him. Upon looking, him guarding the people in motion might be hard for us. He hit a three though, had one nice drive to the basket that got him free throws, but then he missed that free throw, and had one nice shot on the game.
