<div class="quote_poster">Quoting :</div><div class="quote_post">The Magic went 0-for-November and are currently 0-for-February, with a sadistically scheduled date with the Lakers coming up on Sunday.

This season has been an unqualified disaster, doomed from the beginning by a 19-game losing streak that left the team dazed and totally lacking in confidence and resolve.

But they could take a step forward by taking another step backward before the trade deadline.

They could do that by trading Juwan Howard.</div>

Yeah he's leaving and I think that He, The Magic, And the Magic Fans know that. Personally I didn't think he'll last this long. He says he doesn't want to leave and is trying to show it with his performance in the last two games.

This guy is right... They got to unload Howard, hopefully for someone that has the rest of the year on his contract.. If not they can take someone with a little more money that only has two years left.. Howard cant continue to be on this team.. Get rid of him and strickland.. Strickland could be worth some money or a pick, and it would only be right paying him back for trying to help us.. But still Gooden isnt getting better coming off the bench.. Get rid of Howard this season, get Gooden back on the starting job and start winning games to make McGrady belive that he has to stay.. I dont think we have to worry about falling out of the top three for the draft pick, considering that the Wizards got their two main guys back and should be out of the top three by the end of the season. And if so A 2 pick may give us a better chance of AVOIDING Pavel Podolkozine, depending who is ahead of us..

Yep, all that is right. Howard is good as gone. We need to deal him for an expiring or close to expiring deal and possibly some picks. I also think to get the best possible deal, we need to deal Gordan, Lue or Strickland, and Declerq along with Howard or in seperate deals. Our lineup should be PG, Tmac, Bogans, Gooden, Zaza or Hunter. Hopefully we can get a PG in a trade.

I think we could get a pretty good deal trading Howard(wanted in a lot of teams) , Strickland(demonstrated what he can do , wants to win) Declerq (hmm we are lucky if we trade him) and PROBABLY Giricek...I really think we shouldn't trade lue...he should be starting PG or backup..but I really like what he is able to do , maybe we can work something out with Minesota as I posted in the other thread...but maybe there is other teams.

I love the idea of getting Sheed, especially since he changed. Much like TMac, they've matured and become better people on and off the court. I will miss Juwan a hell of a lot though. He may not be as good as his Wizards days....but he's been a real unsung hero. Providing and carrying the team along with Gooden and TMac.

Great scorer, rebounder. He seemed to have a very powerful presence that the team lacked. With his leaving I guess it'll dwindle even more, for even he isn't enough to stop most big men but simply outrebound him. I just hope you get a good deal out of it if and since he is to go....

Would Sheed be able to accept being #2 option? Are we sure he changed? I don't think that he has. Everyone knows that our organization doesn't trade for/sign people with bad raps.
