HELL YEAH.
They can have all the evidence in the world to make Kobe guilty but hes going to get cleared. If hes guilty it'll be like an OJ case or something cuz he got acquitted

This whole case now relies on credibility of the accuser and the accused. The information that she tried to commit suicide can make her appear unstable, and largely decreases her credibility. She also apparently tried to sleep with Nick Van Exel when he was with the Nuggets, which makes her seem like a ho. No one is going to believe a suicidal girl who sleeps around.
you obviously dont know who youre talking to. Ive been arrested and ive been sued and won. ive helpped get my friends off. i know PLENTY about the law and the court system and in a lot of states including california and colarado. i had to. more than i cared to know. the girls credibilty wont be decided because of a sketchy incident that may or may not have happened and may or may not have been an accident especially if the rest of her referances are solid which they appear to be. and i know enough about the courts to know that whether or not kobe is guilty he isnt going to jail and the little alleged pills incident will have very little to do with that
