I bought a bunch of sliced chicken at Costco and some of that pocket type of bread. What's your best shit you put in sandwhiches? I usually buy bagged lettuce, and put some greek yogurt or tsztiki sauce in there. maybe a tomato.

home-picked mustard greens, tomatoes if I've picked them, German mustard, Applewood salami (from Target :) ), provolone, maybe a pickle quarter if I need something salty.

No condiments for me please... bread, roasted chicken, mixed greens, onion, a shredded peperoncini & Tillamook cheddar was today's winner. I usually have an apple sometime during the day too. From home lunches are so convenient and as opposed to eating out, I always end up with something that satisfies and isn't a gut bomb. With the extra time not wasted waiting on my food at a restaurant, I try to sneak in a 10 minute nap to reboot for the 2nd half of my workday.
