Managed to watch this match through live streaming off the BBC Channel and I have to say it was a great exhibition match. Both teams played well and chances were created by beautiful plays from all the individuals. I myself laughed when Ronaldo done a stepover and fell over his own feet, very funny but he made up for it with his free kick. Malouda's strike was brillant, Kucscak didn't see it coming. I was suprised when Ibrahimovic wasted a penalty chance by smashing the bar. Good cameo appearance from Andy Cole in the 2nd half and got a good reaction, but nothing beats the boo's Gerrard and Carragher received The 2nd half wasn't as good as the first, United played very well in the first half vice versa in the 2nd. All in all, a good match which helped raise ?1.25 million I think it was.
Well done to the fans and the players who participated The Mexican Wave was amazing Some nice football tonight all though XI had a stonger 2nd half team than United and United had a stonger 1st half team than XI. Also liked to see Cole back in the United jersey.
Enjoyable match to watch. Especially the first half. Great goal from Ronaldo. Good to see Andy Cole in the 2nd half . Gerrard, Fowler and Carragher get boos was food as well.
