That new sponsorship deal is massive, but if I were a City fan I wouldn't care much about taunts and just think, 'my club is far richer.' I don't want to start a new thread with this, but I read from several sources such as Guardian, Sun, etc that Manchester City plan to spend over £200m this January. This is going to be interesting ..
The problem with trying to spend 200m in January is that most clubs won't sell big players, because they don't have very long to find a replacement, among other reasons.
