I have a feeling they will dump off Lindgren with a pick or prospect in a few months.

I understand it because they probably won’t resign him, but that one’s gonna hurt. If Zibanejad and Miller played with half the heart and half the effort as Lindgren they would be all-stars. I’d rather keep Lindgren and trade Miller. Fortescue is coming. Robertson still can get to the NHL I think. Miller’s trade return would be much better. Lindgren would probably take a decent four year contract.

Lindgren used to be good at defense his first three seasons. Forget about his offensive skills. He has always been terrible in that aspect of his game. Now he sucks at defense. He is pretty much useless at this point.

You have to give him some time to get back from this injury. Miller on the other hand has been a cluster fuck his entire career and has regressed IMO. Especially offensively where he can't get a puck through to the net.

Yeah but Millers value is down a little I think with his play and lingering off-ice crap. Maybe in the off-season they'd explore moving him before re-signing but he will be here for the playoffs, just have to hope, like Z that he mentally is there. With Lindgren it would simply be moving him to clear cap space for a trade for an upgrade for the rest of the year. Maybe someone like Doumalin.
