Marco Antonio Rubio handed David Lemieux his fist career loss, stopping him in the seventh round of a WBA middleweight title eliminator on Friday night. Lemieux (25-1) was safely ahead on all three judges' cards when he was knocked down. He got up, but his trainer and manager Russ Anber threw in the towel to stop the fight.
