He had 28 and 4 last night in the Timberwolves impressive win against the Spurs. He's averaging 12 and 6 with a block and once again is shooting great, 55% from the field. He was 12-14 last night as well. This guy was such a tease in Boston. He played great in his contract year in 03-04 and then turned back into a moper with bad hands in his last season and a half in Boston. But he's been playing good as of lately, 18 and 6 in his last 6 games. I have yet to see him play personally but he appears to be playing pretty well in Minny this season and is somewhat deserving of that $30 MIL contract.
yeah he is really a non factor in rebounding, his jumpers have been raining lately but if he starts to miss those jumpshots he is completely ineffective. thats pretty much the only way he can score is just poppiing the J from the top of the key

I never understand Blount. He has a chiseled body and incredibly size. He just doesn't have the tenacity to play down low, it's a shame really, he could be an absolutely amazing center with his size and ability to shoot that mid-range jump shot.
I didn't know he was this good of a shooter. Ive watched him play a few times, and his md range is very good for a big man. He's having some good shooting nights.
Man, Blount just had another good game the other night agaisnt the Rockets. I think that he had something like 20 and 10. I dont know what has gotten in to him all of a sudden. He has always had a good shot for a big man, but he rarley ever put up impressive numbers like these. Good for him.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>he's been playing pretty well lately. Almost like he's.. motivated? nah..</div>it's funny dogma, in the highlights I saw of Blount against the Rockets he was high fiving players and him/garnett looked like they had some chemistry going. It does sound absolutely insane to say he's motivated after what he pulled in Boston but he might be. A superstar big man just might be what Blount needs.

If he keeps playing well, maybe we can focus on getting ourselves a f*cking point guard..(I hate Mike James)
