New York Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira suffered a Grade 1 strain of his left calf in the Yankees' 8-7 loss to Toronto on Monday. Manager Joe Girardi said he doesn't expect Teixeira to play in the rest of this series, and possibly not the next one either.
