    So Daley has a contract with SF and a contract with BAMMA? That's what the article seems to indicate. Doesn't seem right but perhaps it was allowed back when SF was letting fighters sign contracts that allowed them to fight for other promotions.

    Yes Strikeforce has and can still sign guys to non-exclusive deals, which is problematic and won't last long.
