<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c...SPGKGNC3091.DTLFor the better part of the last year, Marshawn Lynch has escaped the questions as well as he has avoided linebackers. The Cal junior tailback, however, finally gave in Tuesday, announcing that he has declared himself eligible for the NFL draft and ending the rampant speculation about the decision."The opportunity to play in the NFL is something that I have always dreamed of," he said. "Right now, it is just hitting me that my dreams are going to have the chance to come true."The speculation grew as Lynch piled up numbers, accolades and praise from scouts. With all of the reasons to leave Berkeley mounting, he kept his head down and kept running. His favorite response has been, "I ain't going anywhere," before winking and flashing his trademark gold grill. After Cal's 45-10 win in the Holiday Bowl, he told reporters he was too cold to stand on the field and answer questions, but he joked with the crowd. Lynch grabbed a microphone and echoed their chant for, "One more year."</div>That was expected...
That's too bad for Cal. With him they had the talent to compete with SoCal. Lets hope that Cal. has a talented RB ready to step up.In NFL news, that's good news. Though I no longer want to take him in the 1st round, it makes the Michael Bush falling to our 2nd round pick more likely (or if he returns than Brian Leonard). We'll have our 1st round pick, but then also the 37th pick. A big RB WILL fall to the 37th overall pick.

All I know is that we need a running back more than anything else. Washington is nice and all, but he is not an every down back and Cedric Houston is not the RB of the future for the Jets.

People keep saying that, but I have seen nothing this season to make me thing he couldn't be one. I'm more looking for a Runningback to spell him a little bit and compliment him then I am a Feature back if I am the Jets.
