Martin Truex Jr. won the pole for Saturday's Samsung Mobile 500 at Texas Motor Speedway on Friday with a qualifying lap of 190.369 mph. It's Truex's seventh career pole and second at Texas, where he finished third five years ago. Qualifying right behind Truex were the Roush Fenway Racing Fords driven by Matt Kenseth and Greg Biffle.
