    Mashburn never suited up for the 76ers after being acquired from the New Orleans Hornets in 2005. In a swap of inactive players, the 76ers traded Glenn Robinson to the Hornets for Mashburn and Rodney Rodgers. Mashburn spent all of last season on the injured list with a knee injury and has been inactive all of this year.

    "I look forward to retirement life," Mashburn said. "It's been a great time. I've learned a lot, but now it's time to move on."

    Mashburn averaged 19.1 points and 5.4 rebounds a game over 11 seasons with three teams. He was an All-Rookie team selection in 1994 with the Dallas Mavericks and a third-team All-NBA selection in 2003 with the New

    Sad one of my favorite all time players, He could do it all you can only imagine what he woulda done if he enver got injured. O well i wish him luck
