The biggest dive in the Tottenham v United game was by Berbatov and the BBC decided to edit it out of their match highlights and make a total meal of the touch on Ronaldo that saw him go down. He does some things that are worth awards and some that aren't they said..... Well he ran at pace and went down with a slight touch. And he ripped Tottenham apart in open play just as he has in many games to many teams this season. Let's see if the BBC now show Berbatov's dive in their little chat after the highlights eh. I doubt it very much!
Probably because it wasn't that big a deal to be honest. I watched the full match earlier and I can see why Ronaldo got the penalty. Another day he wouldn't have got it. Them's the breaks I guess.
I have some sympathy with your point, but Ronaldo and United are top of the league, This means they are newsworthy and should be seen to set an example. Happens to Chelsea the same. United fans must stop defending him and realise his diving is doing no credit to United. United were great today, but you wait to see the papers on about Ronaldo on Monday morning. I know it is hard for United to see his bad side, all he needs to do is cut out the diving. Others do it I know, but United are big news and an easy target
Yes Ronaldo went through thier defense like a knife through butter good preformance by the young winger. I tip him to win an award this year in my books he really has shown for United this year. Also won his bet with Sir Alex Ferguson by scoring the penalty today.
