Well, it's a little different because the 'accuser' said he shouldn't resign/lose his job, she accepted his apology AND it's a little fishy that all the sudden the information seemed important tho they knew about it a long time ago. And it doesn't help that the "groping" accusation is laughable at best, since he's not even touching her in the picture. AND he agreed to have an investigation into the matter and hasn't basically flat out called the accuser a liar.
