The Dallas Mavericks agreed to a three-year, $9 million deal with Devin Harris, according to a league source. Harris, 30, averaged 9.9 points and 3.4 assists as a part-time starter last season for the Atlanta Hawks. Harris spent his first three-and-a-half seasons with the Mavericks before being traded to the Nets in exchange for Jason Kidd.
