Are they both pretty much a given to declare? I assumed they were, but have heard that they both could stay.
Most likely depends on how far UNC goes in the tourney. If the Heels get to the Final Four or win the championship, you can pretty much bet against them returning. A more interesting topic would be debating who would be picked higher.
As the season progressed Felton moved up,McCants slipped a bit and now it would seem Felton is pretty solid top 10,while McCants could even drop out of the top 20-and then it comes down to the bucks
From all the information I've gathered on the players throughout the year, Felton has solidified himself in the lottery according to most scouts. While no one is denying McCants ability and his other worldly scoring ability, his height (listed at 6-4, some think maybe 6-3) and his attitude are red flags. I love em to death, I think he's made amazing strides. A lot of scouts want him to return for one more year, prove his attitude is straight and then come out. However, given all of that, with his talent, most say he would still be pick somewhere 15-20 with lottery potential based on his workouts.

They both are considered undersized but Mccants would be more undersized than Felton being that Mccants would be a 6?4? (some say 6? 3?) two guard. Also a lot of it depends on the lottery, and a lot of teams in there need a point guard, say the Lakers, Hornets, Hawks, Utah, Bucks, and Toronto (maybe). Being said I have Felton going anywhere from 5-10 and Mccants going from 10-16.
On A Side Note, Based On Lottery Projection And Team Needs, Although It'd Pain Me To See One Of My Tarheels In PUrple And Gold, Raymond Felton Running A Break With Kobe, Caron, And Lamar Would Just Be Damn Near Frightning!
