McCARIENS TRADE BAIT? WR Justin McCariens, who landed in coach Eric Mangini's doghouse when he failed his conditioning test to start camp, appears to still be there and may emerge as trade bait as the Jets continue their search for help at running back and nose tackle. McCareins has lost his starting job to Jerricho Cotchery and yesterday didn't even work with the second team. The play of veteran Tim Dwight, rookie Brad Smith and free agent Reggie Newhouse could make McCareins expendablehttp://www.nj.com/jets/ledger/index.ssf?/b...ll=1&thispage=2I got a heads up on this from another site I am on: http://nyjetsfan.com/forum2/index.php?showtopic=13393As per the opinions on that site, do you think we can do a McCariens for Duckett trade?

What I was hearing from Atlanta though is that they dont want to take on McCareins contract though so it's unlikely.
YES YES YES!!!! I love Jerricho Cotchery! As for the trade, the cap hit would be sizable, but yeah, send Justin for T.J. That sounds good to me.
