<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">When the Utah Jazz played at Minneapolis Jan. 28, point guard Keith McLeod was on the injured list with a hamstring strain. It lasted through the Minnesota Timberwolves' Feb. 11 appearance in the Delta Center. When the Jazz returned to Minnesota April 6, McLeod missed that game with a right wrist sprained the game before. His former Timberwolves teammates were playfully accusing him of ducking them. "They were messing with me a little bit about that ? 'You scared of us? You don't want to see us? You don't want to play against us?' " said McLeod. "It was unfortunate. It was crazy. Every time we played them guys, I'd end up having an incident happen." Finally, on Friday night in the Delta Center for the last meeting of the season against the team that cut him during the 2003-04 season just before having to guarantee his salary for his whole rookie season, McLeod got in the game. A lot. Minnesota beat the Jazz 100-84, but McLeod led the Jazz with a career-best 20 points. He also dished out five assists and had two steals during his 34 minutes on the court, more than his average of 26 and close to his season high of 37. "I thought he played pretty well," said Jazz coach Jerry Sloan. "I thought he was trying hard, gave us some life?for the most part, (he was) trying to do the right thing."</div> <div align="center">Link</div>
