    What a surprise. This time, LeBron's teammate missed the shot, and all of a sudden it was the WRONG decision to pass. Whereas whenever LeBron passes out and the ball goes in, he gets credit for making the right play. Where's the consistency here? I'm certain BJ Armstrong said LeBron had made the right play when he passed it out for the game winners before.

    Whether or not the shot goes in is immaterial to whether it was a good pass. If the guy had a good shot and was open, and the passer was not open, then it was a good pass. Plain and simple. That's the pass Jason Kidd would make and Steve Nash would make in that situation.

    This is what the media loves to do. Build up sports heros and then tear them down afterward.

    It's ashame that LeBron's great court vision is used against him in arguements like this.

    This is such BS i saw the game, lebron was swarmed by 3 guys, larry hughes was totally open at the 3 point line and lebron set him up. You can't blame lebron for the fact larry didn't complete.

    Media = Bullshit.

    They are a bunch of monkey jackasses looking for a worthy story or player to praise or tear apart. Look at Penny Hardaway in his Magic days, Kobe, and even MJ when he missed his game winners. They are asswipes who are two faced. Wouldn' worry too much about it

    I will say it till the day I die: If LeBron gets triple teamed going to the basket, it is ALWAYS the right move to kick it out to Larry, Damon, Donyell or Flip.

    On the subject, LeBron late in games always finds a way to throw the most crisp passes while horribly off balance. You never see him slow two bouncing the passes.

    Everyone's always quick to villify the media, but in the end, its just an opinion. Even if I disagree with a specific assessment, I can't disregard the whole profession. Not to mention how much basketball fans are dependant on the media (agreeable and disagreeable) to form their own opinions. Its wrong to simply blame the whole thing on the media, as if it is one cohesive entity. If anything, it reflects the ideas and opinions of the general public.

    Well lebron just hit another gamewinner tonight, yet it won't get as much praise as he does with his criticisms.

    He should be expected to do that.
