<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Nuggets teammates Allen Iverson and Carmelo Anthony have both been voted to start in the NBA All-Star Game, next month in New Orleans.

An official announcement will come tonight on TNT.

"I'll be happy to get a chance to start with Melo," Iverson said. "Every (All-Star) is special. Especially when the fans pick you. The fans make us who we are."

The duo has led the Nuggets to a 25-16 start, which leads the Northwest Division. Iverson averages 27.0 points and 6.9 assists this season, while Anthony is second on the team in scoring at 25.5 per game with 7.0 rebounds per contest. It is Anthony's first all-star start; he was named as a reserve last year.

Anthony had been among the top two Western Conference forwards in votes for the entire process. Iverson, however, overtook Houston guard Tracy McGrady to get the start.</div>

Good news for W's fans too. One less guard Baron Davis has to compete with.
