Not even a fence.</p> Nuggets coach George Karl was a bit worried when training camp started about his star coming off a second straight summer playing for USA Basketball, and Anthony admitted being "a little tired." But there have been no problems so far.</p> "I hope I don't hit no wall," Anthony said. "But, obviously, if I keep working hard and keep doing what I'm doing, I don't have to think about no wall."</p> Karl asked Anthony to "give me the first 12 days pretty hard" in camp.</p> Karl has yet to see any fatigue, but he said Anthony won't play in every preseason game.</p> "There's more benefit to playing a lot of basketball than less benefit," Karl said. "But there are times and there are situations where there is a burnout. . . .
