    "NBA.com fans have voted Carmelo Anthony as the Nikebasketball.com Baller of the Week for the week ending Nov. 30.
    Carmelo Anthony, Denver Nuggets: Carmelo led the Nuggets to their first three-game winning streak of the season by averaging 18.3 ppg and 6.7 rebounds in wins over Phoenix, Dallas and the Los Angeles Clippers. On Tuesday against the Suns, Carmelo scored a team-high 17 points and added 7 rebounds and 5 assists in a 110-80 win. On Friday, he scored 26 points on 9-16 shooting from the field in a 113-103 upset of the Mavericks. Carmelo ended the week with 12 points and 10 rebounds in a 98-86 win at the Clippers.

    And why not. This guy is "making his team better" which is something the other rookie preaches but can't do.....and he plays in a sorry coference.

    Carmelo will make it to the All-star team as a Forward, and that's saying a lot. If and when he learns to pound the offensive glass , he'll get closer to being an elite player in this here NBA.

    Melo has gotten 26 or more points in his last 4 of 5 games. He just got 28 vs. the Warriors. This guy is on FIRE!! Its pretty funny that Lebron was the rookie who was supposed to make his team better, but its the same old Cavs.

    Great to see him baller of the week... but why not Iverson? Not being biased but 50, 35, 35, 35 lol

    yea, that's crazy the way this guy gets banged up and falls to the floor every single game of the season and post up that kinna number. It's more incredible when you think about his size and how much the dude has to run around to even get those shuts up nawmean, he's small nuff to get his every shot contested by any defenders... I swear his scorin will go down drastically once he gets older, cause he aint that good of shooter, and will be too slow to get open like he does now.

    Well Iverson is .500 in the East while Melo has lead THE NUGGETS(THE FRIGGIN NUGGETS!!) to 1st in the MidWEST ( the WEST!!!)
