Well, to put it short, you'd probably want to be within the range of that first blast radius. That way you'll basically be flashed to dust in an instant. The others would be burnt to death. Anyway, I doubt something of that size ever hits this planet before it ends lifespan estimated at just a smidge 5 billion years from now. I do think there is a high possibilty that the planet could be hit by a smaller meteor though thousands of years from now.
